So we are into one month of training for Kona. Time is flying by and the heat keeps rising. I have logged around 12.75 hrs per week on avg and it will keep getting longer. I have really tried to adhere to the plan and not miss a day of activity nor a day of rest. So far my body is handling going from a 7 hr week to almost double quite well. The rides are getting a bit tricky in that I am in the heat of the day during the week, but I just remind myself that Kona is going to be hot too. I have had Colin video tape my swim so we can work on the inefficiencies and there were a few that showed up right away. Thank you for taking the time to video tape Colin.
